⭐ “Empowering Aerial Teachers Worldwide Since 2016”

Transforming lives through movement, healing and passion. I’ve been there — I suffered, I healed, and now I help others rise with Aerial.”

Laura Lasala

We offer both online and in-person aerial teacher trainings, combining years of professional experience with a unique healing-based approach.
We have been running aerial teacher trainings since 2016, and through this journey — together with my personal recovery from serious lower back issues and years of continuous education — I developed my own Aerial Teaching Method. This method blends strength, softness, alignment, safety, and emotional connection, helping students transform both physically and mentally.
Today, our programs are taught worldwide, and we are proud to have certified aerial teachers in Spain, Dubai, and Romania, with more growing every year.
Our mission is to make aerial movement accessible, safe, and inspiring for everyone — whether you join us online or in person.

what are you going to learn?

What You'll Learn:Aerial Postures and Poses:
You'll learn how to use the aerial hammock to perform traditional yoga poses with the support of the fabric. These poses help deepen stretches and improve flexibility.
You'll also practice inversions, where your body is positioned upside down to help decompress the spine and increase blood circulation.
Core Strength and Stability:
Aerial yoga helps build core strength because the hammock acts as a stabilizing tool, forcing you to engage your abdominal muscles during various poses.
Breath Control:
Just like traditional yoga, aerial yoga emphasizes the importance of controlled breathing. You'll learn to synchronize your breath with movement, which can help in relaxing and centering the mind.
Balance and Coordination:
The hammock provides a new dynamic in balancing, and learning how to control your movements in the fabric helps improve coordination.
Mind-Body Connection:
Aerial yoga focuses on connecting the mind with the body as you learn to move through poses while maintaining mindfulness and focus.
Benefits of Aerial Yoga:Improved Flexibility:
The support of the hammock allows you to move deeper into stretches, which can improve overall flexibility, particularly in your back, hamstrings, and shoulders.
Increased Strength:
The practice builds strength, particularly in the arms, shoulders, core, and legs. As you hold poses and transitions in the hammock, your muscles engage more than in a regular yoga session.
Spinal Decompression:
The inversions help decompress the spine, relieving pressure on the vertebrae and improving overall spinal health. It can be particularly beneficial for people who experience back pain.
Enhanced Circulation:
Inversions increase blood flow to your brain and heart, improving circulation and possibly boosting your energy levels.
Stress Relief and Relaxation:
Aerial yoga provides an opportunity to let go of stress and anxiety by moving mindfully and using the hammock for gentle support. The practice encourages deep relaxation and body awareness.
Fun and Creativity:
The novelty of using the hammock and exploring aerial poses makes the practice fun and creative. It can feel like a playful, freeing experience, which can boost mood and motivation.
Aerial yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and it provides a refreshing way to experience yoga while reaping both physical and mental benefits. If you're curious about trying it, find a local class or studio that offers aerial yoga sessions to get started!
